This is an original guided meditation going along with a MTTC mindfulness trainer course.
Meditation gives you inner strength.
Letting go frees up your hands.
So you can act with inner strength.
I recommend sitting posture but you can always choose your preferred posture: sitting, standing, walking, or reclining.
You need uninterrupted time and space for 10 minutes and – at best – even more before and after.
